Zailan Kassim, the Managing Director of MSCMS has more than 12 years experience in project management, consulting and operations of government-linked organisations, specifically in the areas of business strategy, business development, alliance management, technology assessment and outsourcing services. He possesses strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties at all levels. His ability to adapt and apply quickly to new environment, be it business or technical has enable him to be a business integration collaborator with strategic partners in the scope of mobilizing business and operations strategies as well as marketing & packaging of new products and services.

Jocyelina Geraldine Tan, Director of Business Process Outsourcing, is a company secretary by profession. She has extensive experience in corporate secretarial matters gained during her seventeen years of working life. She has handled a variety of companies from small and medium sized industries to multi-national corporations including Government-owned companies. During her profession, she has also assisted clients on Human Resource matters and was involved in corporate listing exercises and company restructuring. Prior to joining MSCMS, she was attached to a reputable corporate secretarial firm, an affiliate to one of the big accounting firms and was attached with two (2) public listed companies doing corporate secretarial work over a span of eight (8) years.

Haji Nordin Abdul Manaf was appointed as the Director of Corporate Services Department on 1st July 2008. Having has an experience of more than 25 years in the banking industry, he has acquired valuable first hand experience in merger and acquisition exercise, project implementation and management as well as rehabilitation and turn around programmes for marginal firms. It was also during the economic turmoil in late 1997 that he was given the task of undertaking the massive exercise of rehabilitating hundreds of small and medium scale enterprises through hard core restructuring programmes to tide them through the difficult times so long as these companies stay afloat and operate in permanent premises rented or otherwise. His forte is the hands on approach as well as maintaining a strict regime of check and balance as the underlying principle towards corporate excellence.

Haji Shahimi Abdan was appointed as Director of Technology & Operation on 1 July 2008. He has over 22 years of experience in IT Infrastructure planning, implementation and management. He started his career by working for Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and moved on to Malaysia Public Works Department and Multimedia Development Corporation before joining MSCMS. He has experience in planning, developing, implementating and managing practical and workable IT solution for large, medium and small organization and communicating with the clients/customers in helping them to make a business decision on IT needs and requirements for their organization.
